Pregnancy exercise should be guided by an instructor qualified in pre and post natal exercise.

Classes listed on the timetable with Emma Somerville as the instructor are suitable for pregnancy. Emma can give you safe and appropriate modifications. Emma teaches -

Yoga thursday 6.10am & yoga with weights Friday 6.10am.
