Studio Torus offers a mat based pilates class, utilising body weight and various props depending on the focus of the class.
By performing exercises with control and precision you will develop a stable and strong body, which is essential for injury recovery and prevention.

Yogilates is our unique Studio Torus combined yoga and pilates class, which focuses on strengthening the body whilst encouraging mindful movements. Yogilates takes elements from flow yoga movements and traditional mat pilates strengthening equipment to provide a physically and mentally energising class.
