We are in uncertain (COVID) times and we all feel like there is no end in sight.

Things are out of our control in our external worlds and it makes us feel like we ourselves are not in control either. It is a slippery slope and eventually we have to say enough is enough, while we can't change the world around us. We can get back in the drivers seat and take control of our own lives, most importantly our physical, mental and emotional health.

Spring is all about new beginnings, now is your opportunity to begin again. Spend the next 21 days coming back to YOU. Get back into your good healthy habits.

Approach the challenge with a sense of self awareness - what do you need? What will make you feel better? You can go hard or you can take from it what suits you.

Keep track and stay accountable using the tracking sheets and interacting with the facebook group.

Challenge is free for members, 1 credit for 10 class pass for pass holders. Non members can opt in by purchasing a casual class or the intro pass which will also give you access to 1 month of unlimited live classes and past class recordings.
